Cecilia Yau is to serve the needs of the churches as speakers at their various meetings, conferences and retreats. Sometimes she serves churches by serving their leaders, both pastoral and lay, as consultants on ministry and relational issues. Because of her close contacts with churches and personal interactions with church leaders, she became aware of the prevalence of tension and conflict in so many churches and organizations. As a result, Cecilia Yau and Rev. Wally Yew have jointly co-authored a book in Chinese on how to handle church conflicts. The book was published by CCM in 2002.
